Session 1 — Understanding WhatsApp’s New Messaging Limits

In this session, we anticipated the global rollout of Per-user Message Limits on May 23, explaining what they are, why Meta is implementing them, and how you should prepare for it. We also brought some results and learnings from India’s experience with these limits since the beginning of 2024.

Additionally, we presented some key products/features updates, including the timeline for the On-premise API Sunset and Multi-webhooks for messaging.
